CDIC offers live chat
OTTAWA – March 2, 2020 – Canada Deposit Insurance Corporation (CDIC) has new tool to connect with Canadians: live chat.
CDIC is always looking for better ways to communicate with depositors. Live chat provides a convenient way for depositors to ask questions and learn more about CDIC deposit protection and the importance it plays in the financial stability of Canada.
Visitors to CDIC.ca are now able to connect with live agents and get real-time answers to their questions. The chat is available Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST.
